There are times that we will have to do a self-assessment so that we can identify our weakness and ask God to help us to fix it so that it doesn't distract us and take us further from Him.

Overcoming guilt isn't easy especially when you find yourself in uncomfortable situations like hurting someone who doesn't deserve it, taking something without asking permission or lying to someone who trusts you and would never question your integrity.
