Today's devotion, Lord, help those who have dementia. Dementia is a sickness that causes loss of memory, disorientation of time, place or people, changes in mood and behavior, problem solving and other thinking abilities that are severe enough to interfere with daily life. Did you know that loose talk can unknowingly impose generational curses on others?

Today's devotion, Lord, open our eyes to the groups that can mislead us. Some people are so impressed by the achievements of others, and they will try and befriend them because of what they see, but a dog will be loyal to a homeless man, who will share the food that they will take out of the garbage with them. Not everyone who applauds you when you have achieved something is your friend, because it is the clapping of hands that will kill the mosquito.
