Lord, open our eyes to the groups that can mislead us

Today's devotion, Lord, open our eyes to the groups that can mislead us. Some people are so impressed by the achievements of others, and they will try and befriend them because of what they see, but a dog will be loyal to a homeless man, who will share the food that they will take out of the garbage with them. Not everyone who applauds you when you have achieved something is your friend, because it is the clapping of hands that will kill the mosquito.
Achievements that come with persistence and success don't happen overnight. Inconsistency and procrastination can hamper your progress. A man who loves the comfort that comes from sleeping will never be able to tell you about the hard work that comes from achieving.
Storms make strong sailors, and a comfortable bed makes long sleepers. My brothers and sisters in Christ, do not be envious of the success of others, because ungodly achievements can lead to ungodly attachments. Anything that is ungodly will send you to hell, and many people end up being a part of certain organizations in order to sell their soul to the devil.
Do not be influenced by others to be a part of their organizations. In Matthew 6 verse 33 it is written, But seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things will be added to you. People who are seen as bad influences will never give you godly advice.
In 1 Timothy 1 verse 9 it is written, Knowing this, that the law is not made for a righteous man, but for the lawless and disobedient, for the ungodly and for sinners, for ungodly and profane, for murderers of fathers and murderers of mothers, for manslaughterers. In Proverbs 19 verse 28 it is written, An ungodly witness scorneth judgment, and the mouth of the wicked devoureth iniquity. Heavenly Father, You said in Your word, Blessed is the man that walketh not in the counsel of the ungodly, nor standeth in the way of sinners, nor sitteth in the seat of the scornful.
Lord, I rebuke, renounce, and break all ungodly covenants, curses, oaths, vows, and pledges that have been made by our ancestors. Lord, open the eyes of those who are spiritually blind and naive, so that they can rebuke, break all agreements with the devil and hell. Lord, we thank You for guiding them and protecting them and their families.
All these we ask in Jesus' name, Amen.
