Rather than offering one mentorship program, we provide a growing network of mentorship communities designed to meet people where they are and help them grow into who God has called them to become.

The Called Collective is a mentorship community within This Generation Mentorship, created for young adults who desire to grow in their relationship with Jesus Christ while developing as leaders in every area of life. Through monthly mentoring sessions, biblical teaching, meaningful conversations, and authentic community, participants are equipped to strengthen their spiritual walk, discover their purpose, and pursue excellence wherever God has called them. Whether your calling is in ministry, business, education, healthcare, the arts, or any other field, The Called Collective exists to help you become firmly rooted in Christ and confidently live out your calling.
Milk to Maturity
Building strong foundations for lifelong faith.
Milk to Maturity is a mentorship community within This Generation Mentorship, created specifically for teenage girls (ages 13–17) and young women (ages 18–25) who desire to grow in their relationship with Christ. Through biblical teaching, discipleship, group discussions, and personal mentorship, participants are guided from the foundations of the Christian faith toward spiritual maturity. Topics include knowing God's character, understanding the Bible, prayer, identity in Christ, purpose, healthy relationships, practical Christian living, and one-on-one mentoring. Whether you're a new believer or seeking to strengthen your walk with God, Milk to Maturity provides a supportive environment where young women can grow in faith, confidence, wisdom, and purpose.
