God doesn't accept part

Today's Devotion, God doesn't accept part. A part-time job will never give you full-time benefits and a part of the truth will never give you the full story. Once you are committing yourself to God, you cannot give Him part, you have to give Him all.
When we are making decisions, we must address all of our concerns, whether it is personal or business-related. God builds strength through consistency and we cannot have an inconsistent attitude and expect consistent results. In Philippians 4 verse 19 it is written, And my God shall supply all your need according to His riches in glory by Christ Jesus.
And in Proverbs 14 verse 23 it is written, In all labour there is profit, but the talk of the lips tendeth only to penury. My brothers and sisters in Christ, hard work leads to success while excessive talking without action results in lack. Some people are more interested in talking and not working.
We must be careful especially whenever you are consistent at doing the wrong things. God doesn't accept part, He requires complete devotion and total surrender. We cannot pick and choose the things that we are comfortable doing and assume that this will be accepted by Him.
If we have any of these faults, we must ask Him to remove them if we are to build a relationship with Him. In Proverbs 6 verse 16 to 19 it is written, There are six things the Lord hates, seven that are detestable to Him, haughty eyes, a lying tongue, hands that shed innocent blood, a heart that devises wicked schemes, feet that are quick to rush into evil, a false witness who pours out lies, and a person who stirs up conflict in the community. Heavenly Father, many want to commit their lives to You but some want to hold on to the things of their past.
Give them the strength to repent and remove these hindrances so that they can surrender their lives to You. Help us not to look down on others because You detest pride. God, You are displeased with those who intentionally create discord, those who spread false witness, those who ignore all Your commandments.
Many of us want to receive Your blessings and they want their breakthrough but only some are willing to submit their lives to You. Lord, You will never accept part, You will only accept all. We cannot be holding hands with the devil and expect to be blessed by You.
Let us be Christ-like in the things that we do so that we can not only change our lives for ourselves but we can influence others.
All these we ask in Jesus' name, Amen.
