God accepts a no-nonsense attitude from his worshippers

Today's Devotion, God accepts a no-nonsense attitude from his worshippers. A no-nonsense person will never be liked by people who love to have their own way. A no-nonsense person is focused on results, not excuses.

Beware of trying to sabotage a no-nonsense person, because once they are chosen by God and he has approved of them being put in that position. You must be prepared for a rude awakening. There is nothing wrong in having a no-nonsense attitude, because your attitude can have a huge impact on one's career.

It's not about avoiding problems, but about becoming the kind of person who can handle them. They do not tolerate nonsense. They are straightforward, and they are firm, and they are very precise in telling you how they want things to be done.

Accountability and responsibility are things that they take seriously. They do not sugarcoat their words, and they are good at working under pressure. God doesn't call the qualified.

He qualifies you for the call. And there is nothing wrong in having a no-nonsense attitude when you are serving God. We cannot be inconsistent in worshipping God.

God is a God of excellence and order. God loves us, but he will not accept just anything. In Romans 12, verse 11 to 13, it is written, Never be lacking in zeal, but keep your spiritual fervor, serving the Lord.

Be joyful in hope, patient in affliction, faithful in prayer. Share with the Lord's people who are in need. Practice hospitality.

And in Psalm 100, verse 3 to 5, it is written, Know that the Lord is God. It is he who made us, and we are his. We are his people, the sheep of his pasture.

Enter his gates with thanksgiving and his courts with praise. Give thanks to him and praise his name. For the Lord is good, and his love endures forever.

His faithfulness continues through all generations. Heavenly Father, you said in your word that the beginning of wisdom is the fear of God. Lord, help us to have a no-nonsense attitude in our worship and in our lifestyle.

We cannot compromise with anything that is not accepted by you. Lord, remove complaining from our heart and replace it with thanksgiving, because it is through our tests that we have our testimonies. Lord, remove a lukewarm attitude and replace it with a no-nonsense attitude, so that we can give you the praise that you deserve.

All these we ask in Jesus' name. Amen.
