Lord, help those who are financially challenged

Today's Devotion, Lord, help those who are financially challenged. Abba Father, help us to be careful with how we spend our money. Let us think about the things that we need instead of putting ourselves in debt because our mind can influence us to get the things that we want.
Please guide us to find a way out of debt and help us to be more disciplined and responsible when we are on the verge of making decisions. Open doors for us so that we can make better choices in providing for our family and help us to put our priorities in a proper sequence. Father, we call upon you to be our financial advisor through the guidance of the Holy Spirit.
Remove the distractions that are not important that can deplete our finances and help us to teach our children not to waste things that are important. Help us to use wisdom in everything that we do because you will not multiply what we mismanage and you will not increase the things that you do not approve of nor bless those who are selfish. In 1 Timothy 5 verse 8 it is written, But those who won't care for their relatives, especially those in their own household, have denied the true faith.
Such people are worse than unbelievers. Lord, help us to help those who are in need even though we may not have a lot. In Luke 6 verse 38 it is written, Come together to make room for more running over and poured into your lap.
The amount you give will be the amount you will get back. Heavenly Father, we thank you for your guidance so that we will not fall short of your blessing. In Deuteronomy 16 verse 17 it is written, All must give as they are able according to the blessings given to them by the Lord your God.
Lord, nothing is too hard for you because you are a miracle working God. Please intervene and provide the financial help that we are desperately in need of and help us not to be selfish when you bless us.
All these we ask in Jesus' name, Amen.
