Prayer for a Fair Court Case
Today's Devotion, Prayer for a Fair Court Case. Heavenly Father, I thank you for blood coverage, and I come to you for your guidance and your protection. You are my light and my salvation, whom shall I fear? You are the strength of my life, of whom shall I be afraid? When the wicked, even my enemies and my foes, came upon me to eat up my flesh, they stumbled and fell. Lord, you gave David the strength to defeat Goliath, and I seek your intervention to give me the same faith and confidence as I stand in front of my Goliath.
You did not give us the spirit of fear, but of strength, and of love, and of a sound mind. Lord, we know that you are a God who stands up for righteousness, because you said in your word, no weapon that is formed against us shall prosper, and every tongue that rise against us shall be condemned. Lord, cover me and my family under the blood of Jesus.
Every demonic device, oil and powder that the enemy is trying to use to have the results turn in their favor, we cancel and destroy their plans in the name of Jesus. Even though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I will fear no evil, for you are with me. Your rod and your staff, they comfort me.
Merciful God, grant wisdom and discernment to the judge, and remove the judges that are biased. Let your truth prevail in the courtroom, and expose every lie, hidden agenda, and deceitful word in the name of Jesus. In Deuteronomy 16 verse 19 it is written, You shall not pervert justice, you shall not show partiality, and you shall not accept a bribe, for a bribe blinds the eyes of the wise, and subverts the cause of the righteous.
We thank you, merciful God. In Proverbs 19 verse 9 it is written, A false witness will not go unpunished, and he who breeds out lies will perish. Lord, we thank you for sending righteous jurors and righteous judges who are focused on delivering a verdict that is not tainted.
All these we ask, in Jesus name, Amen.
